You can not solve this in a paragraph or text. Data from the 2016 HDI (Human Development Index), prepared by the UN, show Brazil in 79th of 188 related countries. Medianism is a registered fact. Is it enough to smile? The chaotic situation that plagues Venezuela, generating hunger and unemployment, has dropped a position in the same ranking. It is in 71º. Was this ranking deceived or are we already accustomed to living in disorder?

The Brazilian is quite plural. This would not be bad for coexistence, if the constitution were singular, which it is not. There are seven others before the one elaborated in 1988, in addition to more than 100 amendments, many rights and few duties. Many already ask for a new constitution. Was it bad? It depends. To this day, none of them had open participation of the people. But if the Brazilian people can not elect those who organize them, how will they formulate a new and better one than the current one?
